About Your Custom Portrait:

• Custom digital watercolor created on archival cold press paper with a rich watercolor texture
• Your portrait is not framed, but fits in standard size frames readily available in stores or on line

How to Order:

• Choose your Size and Font Options from the dropdown menu.
• Leave a note in the personalization field indicating the child’s name or any special requests.
• Checkout and pay for your order.

Send your Photo:

• E-mail a high-quality photo to info@transitdesign.com
  (Photo quality matters, see photo tips in the product photos) Please do not send blurry images – I am not able to change perspectives or do major retouching. If you have questions, please send me a message.
• I will send you a proof for approval typically within 5 days.

Text can be customized up to 50 characters. Please leave a detailed note when checking out. I am happy to help with special requests (additional fees may apply).

Please Note:
Due to the nature of creating custom art, your portrait will be based on ONE photo only. I cannot redo your art with a different photo after sending a proof. Please be sure to send the photo that you want a portrait of. If you send multiple photos, I will choose the best photo for the portrait. I cannot change the photo choice after the proof has been created.

Where do I send Photos for Portraits?

Send a high-resolution photo of your pet or family member to: info@transitdesign.com. 

Your Photo

• Send an original high-resolution photo from your phone or a high-resolution scanned photo.
• Do not pull photos off social media (like Facebook) - they won't work.

How to Scan Photos
Photos can be scanned at home or places like Office Depot, Staples, or FedEx Office. Scanner settings should be at 300 dpi or 600 dpi.

Can I see a mock-up of my custom piece before I order?
I send a proof of your custom artwork after your order is placed. I don't create mock-ups before receiving an order since my design time is part of the price.
