Transit Design Shop Policies

PAYMENT
Transit Design accepts most forms of payment including Paypal, Apple Pay, and Credit Cards.

CUSTOM ORDERS & PROOFS
  • Payment is required before I begin creating your piece.
  • I do not create mockups prior to purchase. Once you place your order I will create the layout and send a proof via email for approval. Revisions can be made at that time if necessary.
    SHIPPING
    Your artwork is printed to order.
    Please allow 3-12 business days for your item to ship, depending on the item. (Shipping times are listed on each item description.)
    This does not include weekends or holidays.
    Custom orders may take longer due to the approval process.

    U.S. ORDERS
    • Orders in the U.S. are shipped via FEDEX Ground or USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
      Typical delivery time within the U.S. is 2-4 business days. If your order is urgent, please contact me before purchasing.
    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
    • I’m happy to ship internationally from the United States.
    • Although most packages arrive without incident, there are many factors beyond my control once your item is sent.
    • I do insure most international packages – but some countries have restrictions. Please read the following:
    • International orders are shipped USPS First Class International. Typical delivery time outside the U.S. is 10-14 business days, but it can take up to 4-6 weeks for a package to arrive.***
    • If your order is time sensitive, please contact me first.

      ***Please allow 45 days for the worst-case scenario before considering a package lost. Refunds cannot be given prior to that time due to insurance restrictions.

    CUSTOMS
    • For orders outside the U.S. allow extra time for your item to go through customs inspection.
    • VAT or customs duties are not included in shipping charges.
    • Please contact your local customs office about fees as you may need to pay them upon delivery.
    • International buyers are responsible for any customs, duties, charges or fees associated with the purchase/import of an item from my shop. Your package will be marked ‘merchandise’ and the full retail value will be declared.

    RETURNS & REFUNDS

    • I want you to be completely satisfied with your Transit Design purchase.
      If there is a problem with your artwork, please let me know and I will work with you to resolve it.
    • If an item is damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement.
    • For insurance purposes, I will request that you send photos of any damage. Buyer pays for return shipping. If an item needs to be exchanged or replaced, it is the buyer's responsibility to return the item in original condition before a replacement is sent.
    NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON CUSTOM ITEMS.
    (All custom pieces are approved by customer before going into production.)
