Refund policy

Transit Design has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving an eligible item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To request a return or exchange, please contact me at info@transitdesign.com before sending your item back.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can make it right.

Please keep the item and its original packaging until the issue has been resolved. I may ask you to send photos of the item, packaging and shipping box for documentation and insurance purposes.

Custom & Personalized Items
Because custom and personalized artwork is created specifically for you, these items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

If there is a problem with your custom order, please contact me. I want to make sure you receive the artwork we agreed upon.

Final Sale Items & Gift Cards
Items specifically marked Final Sale and gift cards are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an eligible non-custom item, please contact me within 30 days of delivery. The original item must be returned in its original condition before the replacement is sent. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the original item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, I’ll let you know when your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been issued. Processing times vary by bank or credit card company. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact me at info@transitdesign.com.
