Shipping policy

Transit Design no longer ships outside of the United States.

Processing time

  • Most orders are ready to ship in 3-5 business days
  • Custom orders may take up to 10-12 business days
  • Hand-Painted Wood Signs ship in 7-9 business days

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Because the items in my shop are made to order, the time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual item listings.

Custom Orders require 3-5 business days for me to create the layout and email you a proof for approval. Custom Items are shipped in 3-5 business days following approval. Holiday periods can be a longer turn around so email me if you have questions!

Most other items generally ship in 3-5 business days.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery and USPS First Class Mail. 

I do not currently ship outside of the United States.

I do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method and handling.

Damages & Returns

If you received a damaged item, please contact me immediately so that I can ship you a replacement. For insurance purposes, I may ask that you send photos of the damages.
