• Photo quality matters, please read helpful tips in the product photos. Do not send blurry images. I am not able to change perspectives or do major retouching. If you have questions, please send me a message.
• I will send you a proof for approval typically within 5 days.

Where do I send Photos for Portraits?

Send a high-resolution photo of your pet or family member to: info@transitdesign.com. 

Your Photo

• Send an original high-resolution photo from your phone or a high-resolution scanned photo.
• Do not pull photos off social media (like Facebook) - they won't work.

How to Scan Photos
Photos can be scanned at home or places like Office Depot, Staples, or FedEx Office. Scanner settings should be at 300 dpi or 600 dpi.

Can I see a mock-up of my custom piece before I order?
I send a proof of your custom artwork after your order is placed. I don't create mock-ups before receiving an order since my design time is part of the price.
