Transit Design Shop Policies
Orders are not shipped or put into production on weekends or holidays.
Because the items in my shop are made to order, the time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual item listings.
In general, Custom Orders require 3-5 business days for me to create the layout and email you a proof. Custom Items are shipped in 3-4 business days following approval. Holiday periods can be a longer turn around so email me if you have questions.
Most other items ship in 3-5 business days.
U.S. Orders are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery and USPS Priority or First Class Mail.
International Orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS First Class International Mail.
Estimated Shipping Times
North America: 3-5 business days
Europe: 1-3 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-3 weeks
I do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method and handling.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Transit Design is not responsible for delays due to customs.
If you received a damaged item, please contact me immediately so that we can ship you a replacement. For insurance purposes, we may ask that you send photos of the damages.
Returns & Refunds
I want you to be completely satisfied with your Transit Design purchase.
Transit Design will replace an item if it is damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement. For insurance purposes, I will request that you send photos of any damage.
No Refunds given on Custom Items.
If an item is not damaged and needs to be exchanged, it is the buyer's responsibility to return the item in original condition before a new one is sent.
Buyer pays for return shipping.
Refunds are made upon receipt of item.
No Refunds or Exchanges after 30 days.
