Custom Wood Subway Sign – Personalized Hand-Painted Wall Art, 12x36
Customize your Design
Enter your list of 11-13 destinations separated by a comma.
Create a custom wood subway sign featuring the places that tell your story. Choose 11–13 favorite destinations, cities you’ve lived in, former addresses, memorable streets, or other meaningful places, and they’ll become a personalized hand-painted sign made especially for you.
Each custom subway sign is hand-painted on sturdy board and finished with a rustic ¾-inch pine frame. Choose warm brown, driftwood gray, or black stain, along with Cream Lettering on Black, Black Lettering on Cream, or Black Lettering on White. Optional aged lettering adds extra vintage character.
A Hand-Painted Take on Classic Subway Art
Inspired by vintage transit signs and destination scrolls, this wood version gives personalized subway art a warmer, handcrafted character. Its long 12×36-inch format makes a distinctive piece of wall art, while your own destinations turn it into something completely personal—and a thoughtful custom gift.
